Amazing heavenly hana ice cream.

They have great quality coffee and ice cream with really unique flavours. Its not cheap stuff. The lines are really long at night though so try going in the afternoon or morning!

Super friendly staff. The gentleman, who seemed to be a supervisor, educated another staff while he answered my questions about which ice creams were nut free. Super welcoming and great ice cream selection. Unfortunately the freezer wasn’t working properly, so the ice creams were quite soft and runny.

Best ice cream on the island! Also, the coffee here is ridiculously good. Definitely buy some!

Even though the line is long, the ice cream, gelato, and sorbents are so yummy and friendly staff. You can try them before you buy them. And the freshly made waffles cones rap up the deliciousness. The line goes fast so don't be intimidated by that.

It is good ice cream with very unique Hawaiian flavors. I got coconut and it was good. A bit soft and the portion sizes are pretty small....but that is to be expected in a tourist area such as this.

Always good! Only ice cream as good is Salt n straw in pdx. So good! Love the Carmel Coconut mac nut, the Kona Coffee, and the mini chocolate chip. Great sundaes, cookies and smoothies.

We didn't quite want an ice cream so we had a ice-cream waffle cone which was served warm and fresh. The place smells like an exotic bakery. Highly recommend stopping by if you pass by the place. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced!

Not very friendly staff. Asked one person about dairy alternatives and another about local discounts and got pretty snarky responses. I live in Oahu so, definitely won’t be visiting this location in Maui again.

Decadent desserts made to perfection with delicious ice cream with many unique Hawaiian flavors.We had the Caramel, Coconut and Macadamia frozen coffee. Very delicious.If you ever go shopping here and walk by Lappert's, you have to go on as the aroma of their coffee will entice you.

Katie helped my Mom ( she tried a sherbet!) And I had the peanut butter... FYI summer is coming so get used to waiting in lines because this place is super popular but worth the wait!

The waffle cone smell will make you walk in! Good ice cream but they can run out of flavors but it's to be expected they are a busy ice cream shop.

Wow...Really the best ice cream you will ever eat. I love the Mango sorbet in the chocolate dipped waffle cone...or the carmel swirl with nuts oh every one is amazing.

Delicious ice cream and sorbets! The staff was beyond helpful. Kasa(?) let me sample some flavors and gave me her own recommendations as well. Both employees behind the counter were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and flavors. I ordered two sorbet flavors as well as an iced coffee and shortbread cookie. When my husband asked if they had a sugar free flavoring for his iced coffee, the staff admitted they did not have any, but went so far as to suggest places nearby that would! We were so surprised that they were so helpful as to even send us some where else if they didn’t have what he needed. It didn’t matter though as we went ahead and ordered his coffee sans flavoring anyway— how could we not with such service?? Overall an excellent experience in customer service. I will certainly be back next time we are on the island. Stop here and indulge— you won’t regret it! (Sadly I ate my ice cream before I could take a pic— it was too good!)

I don't know if this is Google's fault or Lappert's fault, but when you do a search for pineapple whip, Lappert's is the first to come up. So imagine my disappointment when I get there and they don't have any. They were really busy and the staff was nice. But it wasn't what I had the taste for.

Wasn't a huge fan of the ice cream. It had areas in it of ice like the ice cream wasn't churned properly during the freezing process... Or it was melted at one point then quickly refrozen. The flavor was nice but lacked the right texture.

Good ice cream and coffee place. No decaf at all though. If you're getting ice cream for two, get one of the sundaes because they seem to give you bigger scoops and it's the same price or less than two single scoops plus more toppings. We couldn't finish ours. We got the brownie sundae.

This is the best little ice cream stand in Wailea. It is conveniently located at The Shops at Wailea shopping centre. They have fresh made waffle cones and true artisanal ice cream. They even have many Dairy Free sorbets. The lilikoi (passion fruit) is a definite favourite. They even have a frequent buyer card and you get a stamp every time you buy your ice cream. After you collect a full card, you get a free ice cream. I definitely recommend this place.

Ice cream is okay but nothing special, kind of overpriced for what it is. On top of that I was accidentally charged over $200 for my $16 order. They went in and cancelled the charge but it still is holding the money in my account while on vacation so that’s convenient.
